Founded by John Morrell in 1984, originally operating as Journey into Japan, the company was guiding guests through Hokkaido long before Japan's powder snow gained international recognition. What began as a passion for sharing the region's incredible skiing has grown into one of Japan's most experienced backcountry operations.
